9 1/2 weeks old and waking every 3 hours again
My DD was sleeping anywhere from 6-8 hours at a stretch until 3 nights ago. Now she is back to waking every 3 hours or so, do you think she could just be going through a growth spurt or something, or are her days as a good sleeper over??? Any advice would help. Thanks!

I really think for 9.5 wks waking every 3 hours would be totally normal?? I don't remember exactly but my DS was definitely not STTN that early, it was closer to 11 or 12 weeks for us... I'm sure your sleeper will return, this could be a spurt - she may also need another ounce or two at her last bottle of the day????

Thanks Colette, once my DS started sleeping longer he didn't go back to waking every 3 hours, so this is new to me. But I am EBF so I can't add another ounce.
