Best
Getting MARRIED to the love of my life and best friend. all the planning and things surrounding the wedding were fun. We had a short engagement and it was perfect!
Honeymoon in Aruba
went to some amazing concerts this year: eric clapton, passion pitt (seeing them again this week), Prince, Gypsy Kings, etc
Weekend in Poconos with friends was fun
Weekend to LBI in Jersey before the wedding was perfect and just what we needed before the wedding
worst
moving was a pain, but overall this was a wonderful year! I feel blessed and lucky and very thankful.

BEST: Going on a holiday cruise with my husband from Dec 19th - 26th.
Worst: Being drugged at a party I was at in the city a few months ago. I puked for 2 days.

Best: Watching my daughter grow into a 1 year old and everything that came along with it
Finding out #2 was on the way-sometimes the best things in life are unexpected
My job just keeps getting better and better
someone telling me on xmas they were pregnant
Worst: Losing my aunt to breast cancer after a 5 year battle. My uncle suddenly passing away, my friends suffering mc's, numerous health problems in the family.
I'm not a dweller though so I try to make the best out of every situation.

I don't really have many worsts except the stress and anxiety that my job gives me...aside from that its been a pretty good year!

Best:
-Finding out we were pregnant w/ DS#2
-All of the joyous things that my son has accomplished with his diagnosis of PDD-NOS...it's been so wonderful to see how much he's progressed every single day.
Worst:
-I can't even think of one possible thing that deserves to be on this list. They all seem so very trivial and inconsequential so I'll just say that 2010 has been good to me so far (knock on wood).

Best: Birth of my twin nephews 
and my BF moving in with me. HUGE step.
Worst: The political BS that's going on with my job. It's been a rough year for the industry but I'm hoping it only gets better from here on.
My Dad's health problems. It's not life threatening (thank goodness) but still sux.
It's been a really great year overall!

OK i was afraid to ask but I missed this too. What happened? Thank goodness you are ok now though from what ever it was.
I had not been feeling good for a week, thought it was a summer cold or the onset of AF. I was at the mall and started to feel weak, really hot, and confused. I was trying to self diagnosis with a friend on the phone and just knew something was terribly wrong.
DH was driving, I couldn't speak without stuttering, or lift my arms. I thought I was having a seizure (never had one before). Then all of a sudden I was fine. We went to the hospital and they did all sorts of test to see what was wrong with me. Found that my blood count was at a 4.2 (normal is about a 12). Other nutrient counts were either 0 or low. They believe my system was shutting down in the mall and that my stuttering was loss of oxygen to my brain. They were shocked I made it in the hospital on my own.
I had 5 blood transfusion that night. My body is not properly reproducing cells. I have gone in for 40 IV treatments since then. Still have no clue where my blood went, or how long it took to get that way. I am still under strict care with my Doctors and under going lots of testing.
Holy cow...that is scary!!

Best: our 2 cruises - Panama Canal in Feb and New England/Canada in October
Worst: my grandmother dying suddenly on 9/20
my grandfather being diagnosed with lung and colon cancer in July and watching him deteriorate every day since my grandmothers death.

Best:
Finding out I was PG after 16 months and IF treatments
Telling my DH and family that we are expecting
My DH made Captain in his fire department
Our trip to Jamaica - insanely beautiful!
Not having stepped foot in a hospital the entire year!
Worst:
Seeing my DH struggle with a couple of relationships that changed for the worse over the year (mainly his best friend)
Thinking about this really put things into perspective for me. So many people lost loved ones or have seen loved ones become extremely ill. We lost DHs grandfather this year, but other than that we really had a great year.

Best: Getting married, seeing 3 couples who are very good friends get married, moving into and finishing our first apartment, running my first 10k, running 2 half marathons, finding a job I love that pays very well
Worst: Coming home from my honeymoon only to find out I was excessed from my school (thankfully they rehired me a week later!), finding out DH has very high blood pressure

best: wedding, HM to hawaii, birth of my niece, closing on our house
worst: i would say the process of getting our house and dealing with the sellers was the worst, but i'm glad that this is the worst thing i can report. overall it was a very great year.

Worst - The attack from last week. I feel like it derailed me a little, which I'm not used to.

this year has been hard but....
best:
the birth of one of my best friend's son (i consider him my nephew)!
throwing my (same) friend a baby shower....i love party planning and it was so much fun!
the good health of DH's dad after a scare earlier this year and the mending health of my mom after a scare last week!
my quick recovery after surgery
finally going to see an RE and using medical intervention to try to have a healthy pregnancy
worst:
by far, suffering an ectopic pregnancy and losing my right tube in an emergency surgery
suffering a chemical pregnancy after that

Overall I had a very good year.
Even bad things such as a car accident my dh was in where our car was totaled turned out to be okay. It was scary getting a call from a medic telling me my dh was being brought to the hospital in an ambulance. Luckily a few hours later my dh walked out of the hospital unharmed. Since then I try to remember how lucky I am all the time.
For anyone that is having a rough time I hope better days are ahead for you
