accupuncture question/thoughts
my acupuncturist suggested once i start stimming to go to her twice a week. so far i have gone once and today i go for a second time.
with my work schedule its so hard for me to go twice a week and my window is quite short i feel since i start stimming tomorrow. is it beneficial to go 2 days, back to back? or should i try and space it out a bit.
any feelings about the acupuncture?

Re: accupuncture question/thoughts
I went once a week during stimming and then twice a week after transfer during the 2WW.

Re: accupuncture question/thoughts
I can't say enough good things about acupuncture!
I did it my 2nd IVF cycle.. I think it played a huge role in how I responded to the stims and my egg quality.
During my stim cycle, I went twice per week. My acupuncturist only had hours 3 days a week out here, so I would go on Monday and Wednesdays after work, or during lunch. He did suggest the twice per week based on my previous IVF cycle. I stimmed 3 days less than I did my first cycle, and had 3 times as many eggs retrieved.. 6 of which made it freeze, where none did my first cycle.
ETA: I went the day before my transfer, and then immediately after my transfer. I didn't go during my 2WW, he said it really wouldn't make much of a difference at that point. But once I got my BFP, I went once per week until I was released from my RE.

Re: accupuncture question/thoughts
I think acupuncture is great but if you are going to stress about getting there too frequently it's not worth it. Just do what you can do.
