Acupuncture
My insurance covers 30 visits per year.
I already used some for this last IVF cycle.. (it was cancelled due to poor response). I usually don't go in between my treatments b/c I don't want to use up all my visits. So I will plan to start again a week or two before my next cycle in the Fall.
Anyone else just go during treatments and not in between? I want to get the most out of it, but at the same time I cant afford to spend for it OOP, since I'm already paying for IVF OOP!

Re: Acupuncture
I've gone here and there in between mostly to relax. Good luck!

Re: Acupuncture
During treatments, I go 1-2x per week. When not in treatment, I go beginning of cycle, during O and when AF is due. I go to Andy and he helps a ton with regulating my hormones and oxygenating my lining. I have had a beautiful lining since seeing him and I am practically cramp free during AF. I feel a huge difference when I don't see him for a cycle! Cramps and huge clots. Totally gross. I def recommend seeing an acu on your off months even if it's only once a month.
