Advice Needed-Sore Breasts-Any tips
I'll probably x-post to Health too-this is something I am dealing with every single day, so it is not a symptom of anything I can think of. So at this point, I am just wondering if there is anything I can do to relieve the pain. I cut caffeine, take Vitamin E. Is there anything else anyone can think of? I have no cysts or anything, but I do have Fibromyalgia. TIA!

Do you wear a good fitting bra? The tighter the better.

Yes-I got one that was full coverage and tighter cups and it does help. I was wondering if heat would help.
