aggrevated with doc office thinking of switching

girls can someone help me out here, so a couple of weeks ago i was suffering from a UTi and Yst infec, my doc office did cultures, 2 weeks later im still waiting for results so i call today, the Med asst tells me they never came back, so she said the nurse will call me still havent heard anything, then i saw that everyones doc's called them with their ultrascreen results mine was done over 10 days ago, so i called madonna to move up my appt so i dont have to be in limbo and the girl said oh well it was sent over to your doc office a week ago, why have they not called me, so i called back the office and the girl said they dont usually call unless there is something wrong this is unacceptable, maybe im just frustrated but i really want to put this test behind me i still have to go for the alpha protein my Dh 3 cousins have spina bifida so we are being tested for it.

Sorry you are having such a hard time w.your doctor. If you aren't 100% comfortable, you should definitely think about switching. If you are going to do it, I would do it fairly soon... before you are too far along.

I would switch, if they are this incompetent now what are they going to be like when you deliver?
