I am not sure I want the federal government regulating every single thing in my country and my life. It assumes too much - assumes that the government will do the right thing, that they will have the knowledge to do it, and that they will have the support to implement it.

It cracks me up when people (not here) place so much emphasis on what each candidates "plan" is. I'd be curious to know, if someone went back through each Presidential administration and looked at what each President promised, how much of it was actually delivered on. I know it doesn't have much to do with the debate topic. Just something I brought up to DH.
