Anonymous Poll
So this board has a wide range of posters. There are some who are childfree by choice, some not by choice, undecided, or TTC.
I know the board says not to ask but I thought an anonymous poll would not cause any  .

We are going to start TTC in a cple months.
We will have been married 2 yrs. I love my childfree life, I really do. But we also want a baby. We feel "ready" if you ever can be

I chose I really want to have children, just not right now. I'm young- 24- and I want to enjoy it while I can! DH and I just got married in May so we want to enjoy our time as newlyweds, travel, buy a house, finish school, win the lottery , etc. ,etc. before having kids.

I want kids but DH & I decided to wait a few months (we got married over the summer) before TTC. We are going to start after the New Year. To be completely honest, I wish we could wait a few yrs. I wish DH &I had met and gotten married in our early / mid 20's b/c I would of loved to travel for a few years.
I want them now and am excited to enter this part of my life, its just that we are in our early 30's and who knows how long it will take? We discussed waiting a yr or 2 but we both agreed we want them more than we want those few vacations we could go on.

i voted we want kids but not right now. we just got married in june, and bought a house. i am also taking night classes a few times a week for my MBA. i want to be done w/ that before i can focus on a child at least. i would say the earliest would be summer 2012

I ALWAYS thought, I like (some) kids, but they just aren't are for me.
Now a days.... I choose "I am on the fence!"
