Another Cost of Utilities Question, but OOS (Florida)
I live in Tampa. We have a 3 BR 1800 sq foot home. Electric in non peak months is between $60-100, $60ish Feb-March, $100 March-June/Nov-Dec. Peak months is between $150-200, our highest bill was $199 in August. We run central AC 24/7 in the summer and keep the house at 70 during the day and 68 at night-no sweating here. Water is $25 a month. We have gas for hot water/stove and it runs about $25 a month. Cable (Verizon) we got a deal for about $115 the first year, now its $150 without specials. Gas for car is about 30 cents less a gallon. Hope this helps. Its much cheaper here then utilities in NY.
