Another question for those who take anxiety meds
Did you gain weight? And if yes, what anxiety medication do you take?

I did not gain weight but now that I am less anxious I notice I eat more if that makes sense. Im not blaming the meds for that part tho it is more the fact that my appetite has returned. I m on lexapro.

I agree.
It's not the meds that cause weight gain- it's the increased appetite.
