Another swaddling question?
DD is 7 weeks old. We have been using a large receiving blanket to swaddle her. No matter how tight we swaddle, she keeps breaking her arms free and waking herself up at night. We tried to put her to sleep last night without swaddling her and it was a disaster. Do you think we should buy the miracle blanket or should we just go with no swaddle at all? She naps well with the swaddle but over night, it just doesn't work. Any suggestions??

Re: Another swaddling question?
Try unswaddled for another night or 2. If she still sleeps better at night swaddled I would definitely get either the miracle blanket or the swaddle me.
I love my precious sleep!

Re: Another swaddling question?
MIRACLE BLANKET for sure. We swaddled Bella in the Gerber waffle blankets for the first month or two, but I thank the lord every day I had my miracle blanket after that. I really credit the blanket with the reason that she slept through the night at 3 1/2 months and only woke up to eat once after 2 months!
There is no harm in trying...

Re: Another swaddling question?
I would get both honestly. I loved the swaddle me and it's only $10. It's easier to use. The miracle blanket seems to be a little more effective, but it can be tricky to use. When she's napping at someone's house or someone is babysitting, I have them use the swaddle me. The miracle blanket is also more expensive. Luckily for me luvnlife's DS doesn't need his anymore, so she loaned their's to us!!
