I'm glad the decision was made for you! I know you're worried and I'd be a wreck too, but my friend's son had it done a few months ago and he did great. They noticed an improvement right away.

Awh!! I'm sorry I don't come on that often and didn't see your OP. I'm sorry you had to go back and forth, but happy you are both at an agreement to have it done.
As you know, Danielle had to have this done and I was a wreck! Any type of "surgery" the word alone is scary!  It lasted all of 5 minutes and when the Dr. came out, I had barely taken my seat in the waiting room!
We'll be thinking of Troy on Monday and praying all goes well!!! Hopefully, with the tubes, he'll be on his road to recovery!!!

I think you made the right decision. I know it's a tough one but it will help him tremendously!

I know it's a tough decision. But trust me when I say that going 'under' is much harder on us than it is on them. (DS just had surgery in October and I was completely freaking)
It is so hard on us leading up to the surgery. We always think 'what if....'
Just know he is in good hands and all will be well!!!!!
