Any experience with the nap nanny?
My 3 week old baby is very gassy. She sleeps better on an incline (car seat, bouncer, swing) than flat on her back. I have read the nap nanny is helpful with gassy babies. Does anyone have one? If so, what do you think of it? I realize it is expenisve for a piece of foam, but if it works, it is worth it to me.

I thought I read that it was recalled b/c some babies died of suffocation from falling over in the nap nanny? Did you see it for sale in the store still? I could be wrong but I think I am right.

You are right. It was recalled b/c some ppl were putting them in the crib, and babies were getting stuck between the nap nanny, and the crib. Also I think there was a prob w/ a baby falling out while on the floor, and strapped in. I say elevate the mattress in the crib, roll some towels up and put them under the mattress. My dd had horrible reflux and slept in her bouncer chair next to the bed for a long time.
