Anybody get a good car rental deal for the summer?
We had to cancel our Florida trip in June and I had an awesome deal on a car- like $216 for a week, full size suv. I am finding nothing even close to that. Anybody get any great deals recently?

Where in FL are you renting?
I've always had good luck with Alamo. We are going next month and the prices are sky high, but they will get lower in the coming weeks. I just check daily. Plus there are coupon codes. Check mousesavers for a few

Are you renting here or in FL? We recently rented from Hertz to drive RT to FL. With coupons and AA discount we got a full size (Toyota Carola) with unlimited milage for 11 days for $350.00

the best deal I could find for San Fran was on Expedia. I tried everything but got a great deal on a premium level car, less than quotes for an economy.
