anybody's OB make them see a cardiologist b/c of shortness of breath?

I have these episodes where it's tough for me to breathe. Like something is sitting on my chest (um maybe a 5 lb baby). Anyway, he want's me to see a cardiologist and I'm a little nervous. Anybody go through this?

No but I am close. He said that if I continue to have rapid heart beats and SOB he will send me. Mine has gotten better though as of now.

I have been seeing a cardiologist since becoming pregnant. It is not really a big deal. They run a couple of test (echo cardiogram, EKG). I started going to the cardio when I was 17 though and hadn't needed to go again until I got pregnant. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask.

My doctor wants me to go as well. I'm pregnant with and they are taking up so much of my energy!!

I am actually going tomorrow! I keep having weird episodes where I feel really racey and almost anxious, but I don't feel anxious, KWIM? He just wants to be on the safe side.

I know it sounds silly but what is the point of me going? So the cardiologist can tell me I'm having twins and that's why I'm out of breath?...sorry to vent...I'm so frustrated
