Anyone feel guilty for the amount of time they spend on here at work?

I swear- I do sometimes.
But I can't help it. It's awful but I just can't focus on work lately and this makes it easier not too!

I feel like it's a mental break or something... but it's getting to be TOO much of a mental break!

I honestly wonder how people can spend so much time on here while they're at work!! I usually can only get on while i'm eating my lunch, otherwise i just don't have the time.
I find myself getting sucked into reading things and going well over the time i should be spending on lunch

i feel so guilty about being on here all day while at work.. i usually try to go back and forth..

If I had set hours working for an employer I would not spend those hours on here. If I am on here at the office, I compensate by getting the work done at another time or staying later. When I come here from work, it is usually because at least this keeps me at my computer! I work 7 days a week and I probably need more breaks than I get.

No, I don't feel guilty. I do work on my laptop at home on my own time, at night, on the weekends and during my vacations.

No, my job is pretty low stress and I can get on here for the few hours I'm here.

If the phones are busy, I don't come on. Or if I do, it's just to lurk.

Yes. But the business of my job ebbs and flows. Some days there's tons to do, other days, not so much. I never come on if there's work waiting for my action.

Nope, I can only come on during my break and lunch, so I don't feel bad at all.

If work is slow as it has been for a while, I don't feel guilty at all. Keeps me busy and keeps me from getting bored and frustrated that I don't have much to do. I don't log in at home, just don't want to get into that habit of being tied to a omputer in my somewhat free time.

If I have a lot of work to do in the office then I don't log in. Simple as that.

I don't feel guilty, sometimes I actually get frustrated when there's something interesting going on here and work gets in the way!!

No, I get my work done. If I am busy, I don't come on. Plus I never take breaks, I get up maybe twice during the day to use the restroom, that is all.

I can justify it till the cows come home.

nope not a bit.

i get all my work done and more.

i have a finite amount of work i can do because of the position i am in, and that leaves me with a decent amount of free time (some days more than others ).

Nope!! Im a manager so I just delegate and review stuff. When you have really good employees your day becomes EXTREMELY boring!!! So this actually helps me pass the time!!

But all my work is current, it's just that LIF interests me more than my job.

No guilt here, in fact sometimes i have to catch myself because i will get snotty when my boss interputs me to do work !!! Lmao...*will NOT roll eyes at boss*
