Anyone getting these weird spam emails?

At my job, which usually is great with filtering spam, I keep getting emails from "DHL" and "UPS" that they are unable to deliver a parcel to me - I get about 5-10 a day!!

Of course there is an attachment that I won't open - and I delete them - anyone know what this is?

No but I get them too. I just delete.

I got a very weird, very upsetting spam e-mail yesterday. A woman claimed to be out of the country and owed hundreds of thousands of dollars by her ex-husband. She says that her son needs immediate surgery and that her husband is willing to pay a portion of the arrears but only through an attorney's escrow account. She asked how much I would charge for this service. I am looking into where to report this just in case some attorney somewhere would fall for it. I am very annoyed that I was specifically targeted because of my profession.
