Anyone have a ChocChip cookie recipe for only 1 egg??
I only have one egg in the house and really wanted to make cookies (and not go to the store).....Thanks!!!

actually I do and they came out pretty good last night. We were missing baking soda, so we improvised:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 stick of butter
1 cup and a 1/3 cup of flour
1 egg
chocolate chips
salt to taste
We added chopped up pecans too. They were delicious. We cooked them at 350 deg.

Don't know the recipe, but my mom made eggless choc chips, and I thought they were so much better than regular. Check out egglesscooking.com

Uses just 1 egg.
