Some people meet johnny and tell me i have a wonderful and well behaved happy little boy.
And some people meet Johnny and want to go running screaming 
I would never classify him as an "unhappy" baby, he is quite funny and goofy but he has his moments...many of them on some days!!
He is good with other people, I never worry leaving him with sitters to go out. But he has a temper when he wants to!!! He is such a hot/cold child. But overall, a loving and good little boy.

I was blessed with 3 of them. They never take strange to anyone.
The only thing is you have to stress on the don't talk/go with strangers talk.

Isabella is totally this way, she is very outgoing and will hug,kiss, conversate, stay with anyone. She is 2 and has been like this since she was an infant

DD is very much like that, except if a stranger gets in her face or if she's extremely tired then she only wants mommy. I can only hope my next one (2) are just like her.
She's always smiling & happy.

For example... Your DC never got separation anxiety, they will go to anyone, they are always happy (accept for rare occasions ), u can leave them with anyone and know that they wont mind (even though u wont just leave them with anyone LOL) but u get the idea. Very personable ..etc....
My DD is this way.. I wonder is it luck of the draw or situational??
yes this is my DS. He is happy with whoever is holding him or talking to him. I can leave him with daycare, mom, friend and he is fine and happy.
Is he happy all the time....HELL NO.
But in the situations you described above he is.

My DS is almost 6 months and he is an extremely happy baby. He wakes up in the morning smiling and giggles at everything. He always smiles if someone smiles at him. Right now he pretty much goes to anyone, but that may change as he gets older. I love listening to my son giggle. It melts my heart.

For the most part, Bella is a very happy go lucky child. She wakes up with a smile on her face every morning. I call her the mayor because evertime I take her somewhere she has to make friends with everyone.

none of the above!! lol. well, put it this way she has gotten a whole lot better than she ever was.
She will nto go to strangers, sometimes will cry if a stranger goes up to her (although she has improved a lot in that area), cries over everything, has a short fuse (get angry very easily). She does smile a lot though and has gotten better with gigglin. She used to never giggle all that much.
Put it this way girls, you are lucky to has such pleasant kids. I love my girl to death, but she can be more than a handful a lot of times!!!!

 no not really- i wouldn't call her unhappy at all but you gotta work to make her like you that's for sure! she hates strangers and is even lukewarm with my own family! she usually only wants me or DH or my mom and thats it. forget it if she is tired,teething or hungry  it is SO hard sometimes i seriously wonder if i will ever have another baby. luckily with time she has gotten better! so if you answered yes to this consider yourself immensely lucky! it is so taxing by the end of the day sometimes to deal with it!

we have one - she has neevr even been up at night for teething or anything.....and at 18 mos she is still such a happy little girl....we hope it conitnues!

DS is this way. Knock on wood...has never given us any problems and generally always has a smile on his face
The ped told me if he is ever cranky and mad, take him to the ER b/c then something is wrong....I dont thik it is possible for my next one to be so good

DD has been like that since birth. She is always laughing at something, being silly, cracking me and DH us and she will put her arms up for ANYONE, lol.
