Anyone have hernia? Surgery?

I found out I have Ventral hernia after having LO - having trouble finding a surgeon - anyone have someone they recommend?

Also is it something I have to postpone - my PCP said that recovery is no heavy lifting for 6 weeks including DD (12 weeks).

Anything that helps it like compression bands or belts? I look 5 months pregnant and feel so uncomfortable
