anyone know points plus value for subway?
grabbing subway for lunch... does anyone know the new values for 6" sandwiches? Or have a website that has the new values?
I used to use Dottis Weight Loss Zone.. but they'rethe old points.

i know this is way after the fact, but for next time.....i actually had subway for lunch today. i went to the subway website and they have a feature that lets you build your own sub (you can add everything you want on it) and it will give you all the nutritional info...then i just plugged it into my calculator for the points! HTH :)

aww, thanks so much girls!! I actually ran out quickly after that :(
I looked at their website and did the nutritional facts/calculator.
I was going to get the book but my leader said to wait until they update it b/c some things are going to change (??) Missdab, Ill let you know what I hear about changes.
Today is weigh-in.. wish me luck!
