Anyone know someone renting a 2-3 br house or apt?
Must be on South Shore, anywhere from Merrick to Massapequa. Pref $2000/mth or under Not for me but for someone I know. It's for one person in her 50's so not a family with kids or anything. Please let me know, she's a very nice, respectable person (my DS's speech therapist) and is looking to hopefully find something without paying a month's broker fee. Needs it by Dec but can move in sooner as long as she gives current landlord 30 days.

we will be renting or selling our house in massapequa park but we are gutting and dormering our new house first so cant move out until next summer...  sorry

I might know of a 2br in Lynbrook....I have to see if it's still available though - would that work?
I believe it was $1500 + electric.
other utils are included....
On 2nd floor, has w/d, deck, driveway parking, basement storage

She was pretty definite on Merrick being the furthest west unfortunately. Thank you though, I wish it was in the area.

We are renting the 1st floor of our 2 family house in Long Beach.....
3BR, 1 ½ bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, plenty of closet space, washer/dryer
access to yard, plenty of parking
East side...10 minute walk to beach (house is on the bay side)
Rent - $2050
I know you mentioned Merrick as far west but I figured I would put it out there….
