anyone's dc have dairy, nut and soy food allergies?
What do you give your dc to boost calcium?

A bunch of different veggies have calcium as does some OJ's (added in).

DD is allergic to milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and some other foods but not soy. Now that she has weaned from nursing, I give her calcium/vitamin D fortified milk substitutes (soy--although I try to limit her soy intake, in addition to hemp and sometimes coconut milk). Also, as others posted, green leafy veggies. My daughter doesn't like eating straight spinach, kale etc but I give her the pouches that have it mixed in and she will eat it. She will eat steamed broccoli sometimes.
