I would stay away from Fairfield. Don't even get me started on what they did to me when I was 8 months pregnant. If you do a search, it might come up (can't remember if I deleted).

Holtsville is nice..some people on here live in Victorian Gardens and they seem to like it. Did you look at Medford Pond on 112?

can you FM me about fairfield- which fairfield were you at- i am going to check out the victorian gardens- medford pond was like 1800 only wanted to spend 1700 at the most

I agree... I would stay away from farifield. We lived there for 2 years and we were VERY unhappy with them. We are in the middle of fighting them for the rest of our security deposit back

I was at Farmingville for 6 years. Long story short, they said *I* was harrassing the new neighbor (yeah at 8 months pregnant) because I was complaining about his loud music at 2am repeatedly. So they sent a notice to terminate my lease. My lawyer sent several letters, no response. It was fightable in court, and we would have won, but Fairfield would have just decided to not renew in June when the lease was up (this was in March). I think the new neighbor was friends with the leasing agent, super, etc. It's all screwy and ultimately caused a lot of stress on me, which I have no doubt caused my DD to be born a month early.

We get a lot of calls at my firm from people with similar problems.
