Are you giving your child the flu shot this year?
I am alittle nervous about giving it to my 4 month old. It has the swine flu strand this year included and Im nervous about it.

Yes, both of my girls will be getting it in time...DD is 3 years and will be getting it in a few weeks. When baby girl is 6 months she'll be getting it too. We are both around WAY too many people and DD is in preschool, that brings so many germs.

Yes.
However, your 4 month old should not be getting it now. Kids can't get it until they are 6 months.

No. We aren't flu shot people. I never get them. Didint get one last year or while I was pregnant either.

yes both kids will get the flu shot. DS is almost 4 years old and DD is almost 1 year old.

DS got his already...he is 10 months. He goes for the 2nd round the end of October when DS#1 will also get his.

yes, next month at his 6 mos appointment. dr already mentioned it yesterday. I'm going to get one this week b/c i go back to work in the schools in october.

They can't get the flu shot until 6 months old so you don't have to worry about it this year.

Yes.
DD got hers last week and I'm getting mine in 2 weeks.
DH and DS can't - DH is allergic to eggs and DS is only 3 months old.

no. this is the only shot we ever deny. Have never given it to my kids and really dont plan on it. DH and I also don't get it. like a previous poster said, we are just not flu shot people.
