Around how much does it cost to reside your house?
Obviously it depends on the size of your house...but whats the average for something like this?
I want to do it soooooo bad. My neighbors just did the siding and then the stacked stone and it looks AMAZING...

my mom redid her siding about 2-3 years ago. she has a split and only has siding around the top 1/3 of the house which is around all the windows i think it cost her somewhere between $7-10K

Cost me 16000 for my whole house, 1650 sq ft house. Middle of the road price for us, we got a higher and lower quote
eta- It was vinyl siding

it depends on the materials, and the size of your house.
We're re-siding 3 sides of a two story ~2000sqft colonial (front is brick) and its about $10K. Thats with the clapboard look. If we went with the shingle look, it would be $5-7K more.

I have a 2800 sq foot splanch if that helps...I would assume I'm looking at the higher end of that estimate...the bottom half of the front side of my house is brick but the rest is sided all around...

It cost us approx. 30K for our ranch. It's cedar shingles (Maibec - individuals, not the strips) with Azek trim and vinyl soffits.

As everyone said..depends on the size. We just resided our split. All siding no brick. Cedar Shake w/ back extention cost us $15k. We got quotes from $15-30k. I believe gutters were an additional cost.
