asthmatic cough - WWYD
My DS sometimes gets an asthmatic cough when he has a cold. It really hasn't happened more than once or twice since he was an infant (he's 2.5 now.) Well he keeps coughing and there's definitely a whistle and wheeze to it. Should I wake him and give him a neubulizer treatment???? He usually deals with the treatments ok, but not sure how it will go if I take him out of his crib. I'm just afraid of asthma - I don't have any experience with it and I don't want him to have an attack or something when we are sleeping.
WWYD???

Agreed! Put the machine on the floor and hold it close to his face so the "smoke" goes in! I have given DS treatments this way and it usually helps clear him up enough to ensure a godo nights sleep!

Do the treatment while he sleeps. Agreed. I do this with DS still. He sleeps right through it. I use the attachment that looks like a duck bill.
