At what age did you put your DC in preschool
& how many days a week did they go?
We are debating between the fall he is 2.5, the winter he is 3 or the fall he is 3.5. TIA!

DD was one month shy of 3. Had she made the cut off we would have started her at 2.5 in January but she wasn't 2.5 until March. She started going 4 days a week for 1/2 days.

My older DD started a 2s program the month she turned 2. It was 1x a week for 2 hours.
My younger one was 2 in May and will start the same program next month except I enrolled her for two days.

We tried him (for a month) in a 2 y/o program last year and felt that he was too young for it. (He was 20 months at the time)
We will be starting him in a 3 y/o program in Sept. (33 mts) 3 days a week, 2 hours per day.

Julia started at age 3 and she went 2 times a week, in Sept she will be going 4 days a week, she was 4 in July.
I feel at that age its better to start and most schools want them potty trained!

Sarah was 2.5, Andy was a little over 2. They both went 3 days a week.

Both my kids started in September when they were 3 (turned 3 in May). They went 3x/week for 3 hours each day (9 hours total/week).

Ella turned 3 in June and will be starting this fall. I haven't decided on her exact shcedule yet, but it will be 2-3 days/week for 3-4 hours/day.

DD#1 started mid year in a 2 1/2 year old program 2 times a week, 3 hours a day. this fall she will be in the 3 year old program - 3 days/week 3 hours/day.

Ds will be starting in September a little more then a month before he turns 3. He'll be going 3 mornings a week for 2.5 hours. He also went to camp for 6 weeks this summer- 3 days a week for 3 hours.

DD turned 3 in June. She will start in September. They follow a school schedule and she will be going 5 days a week 2.5 hours a day. She is ready for 5 days.

My older son started at 3.5 in a pre-K 3/nursery program. I personally saw no reason for the 2 year old progams (outside of giving myself a break - haha). He went 3 days, 2,5 hours a day. half way thru I extended one of the days and he went 930-230. I plan to do similar for #2 except he will just be turning three when he goes to pre-K 3 next fall since he is a summer born baby not a winter born baby.

Same exact here. Best decision we ever made. He went to summer camp too for 3 days a week 3 hrs a day to get him used to his new school schedule.

Hayley was 2 and went 2 days a week for 2 1/2 hours a day. She went last year to the 3 year old program, 3 days a week for 2 hours a day.
She is starting Universal Pre-k in a few weeks and will be going 5 days a week for 2 1/2 hours a day.
