How many points does it end up being and for how much?
I ran it through the WW recipe builder (using Goya Chick Peas) and it came out to 3 pts per serving.
1/2 cup serving...

I just made it- I happened to have a can of Goya Chickpeas in the house. I figured it would probably work out to 3 points for half a cup, and good thing because it is delicious!!!

Hi girls!!!! Man I"m sorry for not posting yesterday! I was very busy at school and then I just forgot!
I"m so glad you guys loved the recipe!! I actually use the pathmark brand chick peas and it JUST comes to 1 pt for the 1/2 cup, so the 1/2 cup I have I only count as 2!
I'm a bit hungover (don't ask) and threw up a bit this morning so it hasn't been my most brilliant "diet" day
Breakfast Tea ww enligsh muffin butter (don't know how much DH made it for me )
Lunch Pizza 3 garlic knots
Dinner ? Probably pizza leftovers
Bad day but I don't mind! Pizza makes me happy
Lori I"m sure yesterday wasn't as bad as you think

Eewwww . . . I didn't do well in terms of points today, but I also think I could have done worse.
I had some banana crisps for breakfast (1 point) leaving me with 19 points for going out to lunch.
I could have been better with my choice, but I could have been WAYYYYYY worse.
Normally I would go to town on the chips and salsa, but I only had about 5 chips.
I ordered a Hamburger- no cheese, no bacon - nada- just tomato, lettuce, onion and ketchup. As a side I got salad instead of fries that I barely used dressing on at all and the couple of bites I had with dressing was via the dip-fork method ( )
That was it for me today . . .
I know I went over points, but I think I could have done much worse (especially due to TOM)
Back to normal tomorrow . . .

Coffee w/ 2 tbsp. creamer = 1 pt.
Snack:
Kashi Bar = 2 pts.
Lunch:
½ medium size yam = 1 pt.
1 c. green beans = 0 pts.
WW yogurt = 1 pt.
I took out London Broil so about 3 oz = 6 pts. (eek)
Broccoli and Cauliflower mix = 0 pts.
½ c. chicken flavored rice = 1.5 pts.

Awful, but it's okay, I gave myself a day off. I knew I wouldn't be able to resist the beer and cheeseburgers mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
I'll be good the rest of the week though, AND I have not been going to the gym so my september challenge is going to be going at least 3x a week!!!

Lunch 1 cup Turkey Chili 1 slice 2% American cheese
Dinner Not sure but probably 1 cup brown rice 1 cup green beans stir fried with cashews

Lunch: 3 oz steak = 5 pts 1 cup brocolli and califlower = 0 pts
Dinner: 1 cup frozen lasanga w/ meat = 6 pts 1 slice bread = 2 pts.
Total = 17.5
Exercise: Strength training - LEGS Elliptical = 30 minutes
