Wed 8/9!!
Breakfast Weight watchers english muffin 2 Tbsp low-fat cream cheese (I toasted this and it was just soooooo yummy!!!) You can do just one tbsp i think it's enough then it's only 2 pts! 1 cup grapes
Lunch 2 Boars head lite hot dogs (2 pts each!) 2 stop and shop lite buns (1 pt each!)
Late afternoon snack Banana
Dinner 2 BBQ chix thighs 1 ear of corn
Snack ?
Excercise Okay I didn't go to the gym Monday, yesterday I did do softball practice, but I really need to get to the gym...
hopefully today!

Breakfast: 1 packet low sugar oatmeal 1 cup choclate milk (i bought it before i went on WW... and it's going to go bad soon... so i didn't want to completely waste it... plus... new week, new flex points!)
Total: 6 pts.
Lunch: Chicken Ceasar Salad (7 points?)
Dinner: 3oz salmon (2) 1 cup rice (4) 1 cup string beans (0)
Snack: 1 cup cherries (1pt)
Exercise: Puppy Dog walk... 12 laps at the pool

Dessert: Breyers light ice cream bar (3 pts) fortune cookie (3 pts)
I am going to do cardio and take a weight class tonight

Dinner Takeout! Don't know what yet...
I weighed in today for fun...I think I'm going to change my weigh ins to Friday
I lost the 1lb I gained last week and another .5 lb so I'm down 7 lbs! My first goal is 20 so I'm very excited!!!

You could try drinking FF milk at breakfast or maybe adding cheese to your sandwich at lunch (I love Kraft 2% singles for 1 pt.) You could also try adding in your healthy oils (2 tsps. a day of olive canola . . . . is 2 pts.)

I only ate the toast, some wheat-thins and some pasta yesterday... i was trying to keep it bland... I didn't even bother counting points.
I'm feeling better today... but still not up to eating anything... I'll add my menu later when I finally feel like eating something.
