Baby Wearing Moms - Recommendations?

I used the Bjorn Active for both kids - though more often for #1. I liked it a lot but now with #3 on the way - and a very active pair of preschoolers (will be 4y3mos and 2y9mos when the baby arrives) - I think I'm looking for something a little more versatile.

I did try the Moby wrap with number 2 and wound up returning it - I just could NOT figure that thing out . I vaguely remember perhaps buying the Ergo with one of them and returning that too, but I don't know that I gave it a fair shot.

Suggestions?

ETA: I do have some upper back issues so something with good support will be necessary.
