Babymoon Ideas
DH and I would like to go somewhere for a babymoon...Do you have any suggestions? We were originally looking at Bermuda or Bahamas but were concerned about Hurricane season b/c it will be the end of Aug- so maybe Florida?? We will probably go for 4 days so I would like it to be on the closer side...TIA

LOVE Bermuda and highly recommend it! It's a bit pricier than other islands, but the flight is way shorter which will give you more time to enjoy your vacay!

Re: Babymoon Ideas
I'm going on a babymoon after the baby's born so I can actually enjoy myself and have a drink on the beach, eat soft cheeses, etc. I'm thinking Turks & Caicos or St. John's.

Re: Babymoon Ideas
bermuda is also in the hurricane area. none of the places you mentioned will be "safe" (in terms of avoiding bad weather). what about aruba or curacao?

Re: Babymoon Ideas
We did a cruise early in the pregnancy (~10 weeks?) and Outerbanks at around 25 weeks. I avoided tropical resorts because I wouldn't be able to deal with not drinking at an all inclusive

I suppose this may come off as snarky or judgmental... but isn't the point of a babymoon to get a big, fun trip out of the way now because... well.... you'll have a baby to take care of and will be too exhausted to enjoy a vacation in the future?
