Babymoon ideas
We are expecting #2 in Feb and I think it would be nice for DH and I to get away for a night. We usually go to AC but looking for sonething different. Do you have any recommendations for a one night stay not too far from home? I guess 3 or 4 hours the most.

If you want to go somewhere and just relax and not have to leave the resort...
I really like Crystal Springs Resort and Spa (Stay at Grand Cascade Lodge) in Mount Vernon, NJ.
I have also been to Emerson Resort and Spa - near woodstock, ny and liked it. It might be very quite this time of year. Other than the spa and traveling into Woodstock.
Grand Cascades has a spa and a beautiful heated indoor biosphere pool - so there is a little more action. It's also near some ski lodges (not that you can enjoy that when pg lol).
Love Saratoga as well!
The northeast kind of stinks in winter, imo haha. AC is usually our go to also lol.

DH and I went to Cape May for our anniversary right after we found out we were pregnant. We are thinking about doing a little baby moon down there because it is supposed to be beautiful in the winter.
Newport is also beautiful in the winter.

Re: Babymoon ideas
Last year we went out to Montauk in February for a long weekend and had a blast. It was so beautiful and just really cozy weekend to shack up! We stayed at the Montauk Yacht Club, which is really affordable off-season, and we may do that for a babymoon this year again.

Also check out Mohonk Mountain House. We went for our first babymoon and had a great time. Everything is all inclusive so besides food, you can also participate in hiking, yoga classes, snowshoeing etc. Another place that i love is Woodloch Spa. Also, all inclusive with great class options. The food and service was beyond amazing there.
