back pain, rib pain... I can't take it anymore!
I still have 2 weeks left of work and its starting to get really unbearable. I sit at a desk all day. I get a stabbing rib pain on my left side and my upper back is KILLING me 
I have been getting this for a few weeks now but it has gotten so much worse. I have tried stretching, a pillow behind my back, a different chair, tylenol... nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

How about taking a heating pad to work and sitting back on it? I had that with DS and it was terrible! I feel your pain but we are sooo close! I'm sorry you're uncomfortable!
