Seriously I can't take this back pain anymore
Excruciating. I am not even exaduaring. I can't stand for more than like 5-10 min at a time. I attempted Old Navy before with my friend and I was hunched over on a table. I only have 4 weeks left but this might be the longest 4 weeks of my life. I don't know what to do anymore

I highly recommend a prenatal massage or seeing a physical therapist or chiro who specializes in pregnancy. I had TERRIBLE sciatica at the end of my second pregnancy and it did wonders for me.

4 weeks could be 6 weeks. You don't have to suffer, there is relief out there. Chronic pain should not be tolerated...it places alot of physical and emotional stress on you, which is so important at this phase. I'm sorry that you are having a rough time. Just know that it is temporary and there are things you can do to fix it.

OMG - you read my mind - every morning, my back is so stiff and painful - this really stinks! I can't take it anymore and I can't believe I still have 7 weeks left.

I know how you feel. I cooked and had 12 people for Thanksgiving so I was basically standing most of the day (had a lot of help, but still being 9 months preggo didnt help)
Then I went Black Friday shopping yesterday and by the end of the day I was hunched over the cart. Its a really bad tightness in my lower back.

I agree - please go see a therapist - ask your OB for a recommendation of someone who is experienced in treating pregnant women.

This is what I was going to say. I am only 27 weeks, but I have been going and what a difference it has made. I still have pain, but at least I can walk again.
