Ocean Beach. It has the most to do and public bathrooms. Ocean Bay Park would be my second choice.

We like Davis Park. There isn't a ton to do, but the crowd is very family friendly.

Atlantique - not much there, but there is a bay side beach that kids can go in, so you don't have to worry about the waves

Are there really bathrooms there? In the town or on the beach? I don't think I ever noticed them because I have only been there for the dinner/bar scene.
I have been wanting to go with DS but the no bathrooms thing was the reason for not going.

There are public bathrooms by where the ferry comes in over in the marina.
