This is both really gross and funny. It sounds like my job, where I've had to send emails to the ladies reminding them of bathroom etiquette. We've had our share of blood on the sole toilet seat, tampon on the floor, skid marks on the toilet seat (how???). Once someone must have squatted and missed the entire toilet, as there was a HUGE puddle of pisss on the floor.
People are disgusting. A few times I've left work and go to Panera to pee. I can only hold my breath for so long. It's so foul...

I know it it's bad, but I CANNOT STOP LAUGHING over this.
If I were in the situation I'd be FUMING, but man, I cannot even IMAGINE why someone would do that!? How does that even HAPPEN? Do you just MISS completely? Or just decide - 'you know what!? Eff it. I'm going to cr@p on the floor today.'

There's another pet friendly office in the building too. Should I put a sign in the bathrooms that there is a dog in the building trained for searching that will be used if it happens again?
Could this be a case of someone not curbing their dog?

You mean in the bathroom? No one brings their dog in there. We have full view of the bathroom door and elevator from our office, they would definitely notice if someone did that.
Although... Doesn't mean someone didn't bring their dog's poop in with them...
The possibilities are endless.
