BF Moms...What can I eat to help my...
Gassy Baby? Is there anything that I SHOULD eat to help pass the gas.
I know to stay away from certian veggies.
BTDT Moms....What did you eat that bothered your child?

Can't tell you what you should eat, but since you asked about what not to eat...I stay away from beans, onions and tomatoes. And now I think bananas are affecting him as well. They say not to eat broccoli and cauliflower, but I don't like them anyway so that's no problem for me. I also drink lactose free milk and/or rice milk in my tea and cereal.
We had fajitas last week for dinner and omg, DS was in pain the whole next day the poor thing....so no more mexican for me till I stop BFing.

I could not eat, Broccoli , Chinese and didn't drink coffee, not even decaf while I was BF for over 7 mos. In the beginning , like first 3 months I also avoided pizza(tomato sauce) but started eating anything with tomato sauce after 3 months. Other than that I ate anything and everything, I even ate veggies . Not sure what you can eat to help your baby pass gas , but have you tried Mylicone drops?
