BFing issue, toddler-Help!
I am extended BFing DD who is 14.5 months old. She doesn't nurse all that much, maybe 2 or 3 times a day. Our morning session is the major one.
Here is my issue-she is pinching me during the sessions and it really hurts! How do I get this to stop? I do not want to wean her yet, but I can't stand the pinching.
If it helps, we are having a hitting issue with her as well (she slaps me constantly)

Can you try to hold her hand while she is nursing?
Immi likes to grab things and throw them while she is nursing...its annoying, and can be painful. I just make sure there is nothing around her, like remotes, pacifiers etc.
Give her a slap if all else fails  Kidding, I'm kidding...

Both my kids did this too. I would loudly say OUCH!!! That hurts Mommy!!!
If they did it again I would take them right off and say no more your hurting Mommy, they usually got the message pretty quickly!

I wish I knew. I am right there with you. My dd is 20 months and she loves to pinch the nipple of the breast she is not nursing. I am so freaking sore that I may have to wean her

Have u tried a nursing necklace to distract her & keep her hands busy? Etsy has some cool rock & wood ones. My dd likes to pull the thin strap to the nursing bra. All my bras are stretched out now.

That is a good idea. I actually have one but apparently I am too stupid to actually think of using it!
