thank you for sharing your story. i'm so very nervous about the amnio, especially because it takes so long for the results. did it hurt a lot?
It actually did not hurt at all. Just a prick. I was on bed rest for about 24 hours after (only really felt minor cramping) and felt normal after that. I got Fish results in 3 days and full results in 8 business days. Make sure you ask for the FISH results.

Thanks for the info! Didn't realize you need bed rest after, so good to know.
