Bleeding... seems to have stopped... WWYD?
So last night right before I went to bed I peed and wiped and there was bright red blood and it took about 4 wipes to get it all. It was like the beginning of a normal period.
I had been mopping the floors and doing laundry all night so I just stopped what I was doing and laid down. When I got up to pee in the middle of the night there was nothing and this morning/today still nothing.
I have an OB appt tomorrow. Do you think I am fine to just bring it up then or should I call in?

well, the OB's office is likely going to close very soon...
have you experienced any cramping today at all? if so, I'd call now. It may be best to call now in either case, so they can judge if they want to see you now or tomorrow.
I had something VERY similar happen at 5.5 weeks. I did a TON of carpet steam cleaning (hours and hours) and the next morning, red blood (no cramping). Everything was obviously ok....
but I DID cease all major activities like that. I think vacuuming/steam cleaning has a lot of ab muscle activity, and that could possibly have brought it on.

No cramping. My appt is first thing in the morning so I will call tonight if I have anymore but I will just try and lay low

I would just wait until the appointment.
Did you have sex before the bleeding started? I know I've read several postings of women who bled after having sex.

If the bleeding stopped and you have an appointment tomorrow, I'd just wait to bring it up then. Does your doctor's office have a sono machine? Your doctor may want to check to make sure everything is ok.
