Ouch!
They sell some type of patch (like a band-aid) that you can put over them. I *think* that it helps reduce the swelling of the blister w/o having to pop it.
HTH!

Jes, these things are awesome. I have used them and not only do they cushion the blister, they also peel off without tearing any skin off.

Re: ~~~Blisters~~~
I have the answer, its grusome but it works like a charm!
Okay, thread a needle with regular cotton sewing thread, put it through your intact blister, the cotton acts as a wick emptying the blister of fluid. Leave the thread in the blister (remove needle of course) overnight and when you wake up in the morning, pull the thread out and the blister will be gone!
It works! Honestly!

Re: ~~~Blisters~~~
I wouldn't pop them, I would leave it intact until it pops on its own. Just put blister patches on them until than. I always put Second Skin (not New Skin) on my athletes for their blisters, that always helps! HTH!

Re: ~~~Blisters~~~
I will usually pop a tiny tiny hole in the blister, drain out all the water and then it usually will dry up by itself. DO NOT peel the skin off the blister, but take a sterilized pin and pop a small hole to drain it out.

And also soak in Epsom salt to make sure that if anything from your shoe got trapped in the skin it will make it surface.
Feel better

Re: ~~~Blisters~~~
There is not much you can do but to keep them dry and clean. (I work for a foot doctor) Maybe put on a bandaid. Feel better.
ETA DO NOT POP THEM!!! THEY CAN GET INFECTED !
