Block party menu
Can you let me know your thoughts? Do I need more variety than this? We are having about 20 adults and 12 kids (plus infants, but not counting them). I want to try to keep it simple because it's already turned into a ton of work, of course.
- spinach dip & crudite - white bean dip & pita chips - chips/salsa/guac
- tray of buffalo wings (catered) - cheeseburger sliders w/sauteed onions - assorted sausages (some chicken, some pork) on hot dog buns - chicken nuggets for the kids - can I cook these earlier and just put them out at room temp, or do I need to heat again before serving?
- pasta salad - mesclun salad
- carrot cake or red velvet, haven't decided yet (full sheet) - brownies - fruit salad

Re: Block party menu
Sounds perfect!!!!
side note - the white bean dip, is it the one from TJs? My aunt made this app with it this weekend and it was SO GOOD. She took the dip, spread it out on a plate, put evoo on the outside edge and put feta and tomatoes on top . . .it was SO GOOD!!!!
