Bloody Show.. could it be???
ok so since 6am i have been having cramps about every 15 mins. Then around 7ish my husband got up to go to work.
ok , i got up to go to bathroom AGAIN and... hmm spotting pinkish on toilet paper..
hmmm, so i of course showed my Dh and he said " its the bloody show"
i am still getting cramps and no water has broken
here is the question......
Do you get the bloody show before your water breaks??
i am still having on and off cramps and it occurs occasionally in my back...
what should i do? call the dr? wait ?
i am dealing with the cramps now they come and go not to painful ......
one last thing, with the bloody show, do you only see the blood a few timnes?? and then it goes away?

I would call. I "think" water breaking on its own isn't that common.

ok I called my Doctor! He said for me to hang tight, and i have to wait . He said that I can have these contractions for days before anything happens, and the contractions should be 4-5 mins apart for 1 to 2 hours.
So i just have to wait, since my water has not broken yet...
ugh right now contractions are 15 mins apart and i have slight back pain with it....
pray i go into labor today and dont have to deal with these contractions for a few days...

sounds like early labor to me!!!!!
sounds like that was your bloody show!!
your water doesn't have to break for you to be in labor. one of my friends was almost fully dilated before her water broke - which is unusual, but it can definitely happen.

Your water doesn't have to break for you to go into labor..
Sounds like it could be the start for you with the cramps and the back pain.

Don't wait for you water to break because it doesn't always happen. Both my pregnancy's it had to be broken at the hospital. After the doc broke my water with my DD she was born probably about 15 min later. GOOD LUCK. Oh and start walking around don't just lay.

I took a nap bc i was so tired after having pains since 6am.. i plan to shower and go for a long walk with my dog and husband..
But..
I am still here, and i am still getting those cramps.. still 15-20 mins apart.. the dr said this can go on for days..
I will keep you posted.

Sounds like bloody show to me! I had it 2 days before I went into labor. I went to the hospital when my contractions were 5 minutes apart. Good luck!
