I have never heard of anyone getting arrested for BUYING bootleg bags though.

completely agree. I also think it is up to the theatre to provide security. nothing is worse than paying 25.00 for tickets and spending more on popcorn to sit and listen to teens and people who bring their babies to the movies. Those people should be removed or I should be refunded.
