He announced today that hyms can reopen on Aug 24th at 33% capacity- subject to an inspection by the local county prior to opening.
Not sure how they will work only have 33% capacity- maybe a staggered schedule for members who want to come back.
And masks at all times. I cant wear a mask when jogging on a treadmill. I wish Planet Fitness would move the equipment outdoors
How the hell are ppl gonna work out with a mask on?? I can rarely keep a conversation with someone without gasping for air while feeling my mask is trying to go in my mouth whenever I breath in!
I know. I feel the same. I feel like I am constantly eating the mask. Luckily I don't work out....

Re: Bowling Alleys to Open
I was reading this morning that the reason he suddenly hustled to a decision was that over 1500 gyms filed a class action lawsuit against him last week.

Yup saw that last week. And CT and Mass have had their gyms open with no mask required while actively working out, and haven't had a huge spike

CT requires a mask if social distancing can’t be maintained. My gym, which I haven’t gone back to, requires masks based on the number of participants in classes and how far apart they can be spaced.

I just need youth hockey to be allowed to play. They can have clinics just no games or practices. I need practices to be allowed and a date for games to start before we have an uprising in my house.
I’m not sure when we’re starting with practices, etc., but unfortunately I think things will be shut down before we get too far into the season.
