Bras for post-pregnancy for non-BF moms to be
This question is for moms-to-be that are not breast feeding.
Do you still leak? Do you need BF bras if you aren't breastfeeding? Can you use pads with a non-BF bra?
Can you wear sports bras while in the hospital and post-pardum?
Any help or advice would help. Thanks
Again, this is not for breast feeding moms, formula moms only. Thanks

im not much help but i have no intentions of BF and am most likely planning on wearing a sports bar because i hear the support and pressure will help relieve pain you will have temporarily. and i cant see why you wouldnt be able to put pads into any bra that your comfortable with

I'm planning on BFing, but from what I've read, you should start wearing a sports bra at the hospital. You may leak if and when your milk comes in so you might want to get some pads. If you're not BFing, I don't see why you'd need a nursing bra.
