Breakfast ideas?????????
Please help. I HATE breakfast. Before pregnancy, I would just have a KIND bar, banana and almond milk to get by until lunch lol I don't eat yogurt or cottage cheese. No time for cereal being that I eat in my car on the way to work. Any yummy ideas that will inspire me??? I've been bringing two hard boiled eggs, a banana and almond milk every morning but I am so bored of that.
Eta.. I would love to eat pizza or knishes for breakfast lol is that crazy?

Breakfast ideas?????????
OMG, I am right there with ya! For a while I was just eating a cup/bowl of OatBran cereal.... but after 6 months, that got old. Now I've been stopping at Starbucks for a banana nut bread (so bad, yet so good) and my caramel apple spice (a new drink I found that has no caffeine!!!).

Re: Breakfast ideas?????????
You know, I have been wanting only sweet things or rich, savory which is NOT like me. I would normally gag eating a donut for breakfast but lately it's what I want. My DH is so confused with all of this. I requested chicken salad on a bagel a few times.

I used to do waffles a lot and just eat them dry in the car. The pumpkin spices ones out right now are so good! I would also do dry cereal and throw raw almonds in with it to much on although I always ate a yogurt or oatmeal once I got to work. What about a smoothie? I make them with almond milk, chia seeds, greek yogurt, frozen fruit, a banana, and spinach and they're so good.

Re: Breakfast ideas?????????
I tried smoothies.. My receptionist brought them in a few times trying to force me but I just couldn't do it. Usually I love granola and nut bars like KIND but I can't stomach them with this pregnancy. I want richness and grease if that makes sense!!! Ugh!! This is not like me and I can't get past these cravings lol (I had my other half of cherry valley TCS hero for breakfast last week and didn't feel one bit guilty lol!)

Lol! Yup, I caved and got a doughnut yesterday morning! I was doing bagel with peanut butter - cinnamon raisin and peanut butter gives you the sweet and salty combo, which is satisfying!

BTW, I don't think there's anything wrong with pizza and knishes for breakfast! I wouldn't care what's traditional or not. You could always get bagel bites, lol! You could do a wrap with eggs and bacon or sausage if you want something homemade. There are so many frozen breakfast sandwich type things these days too.

I was going to suggest a kind bar before I read your post How about some peanut butter on something like a whole grain english muffin or an apple with PB?
Did you try the kind bars with the yogurt? LOVE those

I hate yogurt :( I wish I could manage to eat it but I can't. I think I'm going for the English muffins! I didn't think of them. And I love peanut butter so I think this will be a good combo. Thanks ladies!

Breakfast ideas?????????
I have a glass of oj at home and bring my breakfast to work. Right after I get in, I make oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon. It keeps me full all morning. Do you have time to eat at work?

Re: Breakfast ideas?????????
I'm trying to remain as paleo as possible so my breakfast has been a couple "pancakes" that I make with shredded sweet potato, egg whites, cinnamon, and a little stevia or coconut sugar. I eat at my desk at work, but it holds up well enough that it could be eaten by hand if you break it into quarters first. and, of course, my coffee. I still get the large, but fill it 2/3 with decaf to try and fool myself

Breakfast ideas?????????
Lol I eat PB&J on a whole wheat English muffin almost every morning. I haven't tired yet thankfully. My other suggestion would making egg and cheese sandwiches on English muffins and freezing them individually. Pop them in the microwave for a minute each morning. I haven't tried it but I saw the idea on pinterest.

Also you can bake a batch of breakfast muffins and freeze them individually.
Overnight oats too is an easy grab and go.

Re: Breakfast ideas?????????
What about grilled cheese? I eat that for breakfast all the time. It definitely satisfies my craving for greasy foods, but you can still make it "healthy" (whole grain bread, low fat cheese, coconut oil spray instead of butter, etc.)

Breakfast ideas?????????
I love breakfast normally but its been a struggle for me because I can't even stomach the thought of egg whites on an English Muffin or Cereal with fruit, my usuals. I've been eating entirely to much carbs trying to find something I can keep down. I hate yogurt too. Good luck.

Agreed why cant you have that for breakfast if thats what you want? just maybe not every day. what about toast peanut butter and bananna?
french toast ,2 slices bread,1 egg, syrup ! you got protein, carbs and sugar!!! thats what I did when i had GD it was so hard not to have cereal and quick bites.
