And what i don't get....is that there are milk banks always looking for donated breast milk for babies who are preemies or immune compromised babies, even third world countries that desperately need it...yet they are now producing ice cream with it for adult consumption. Very expensive ice cream may I add!
I just don't get it.

see, I get that it is gross but we are drinking milk that is made for cows, from a cows "breast". We really should be drinking BM. However, I wouldn't buy this ice cream but I see the logic in it.

I just can't. I get that it probably tastes good. but I can't bring myself to try another woman's breast milk except for my own mother when I was a baby.

You know the sad thing is that DH would get a kick out of this- I actually emailed him the article...not sure if I'd been keen on trying this but it is a way for nursing mothers to make a few extra $$ - also glad to read that they do screen the women before accepting the breast milk.
