Re: Breastfeeding Help
I have a baby similar age to yours and a similar nursing/pumping schedule. Just a thought- but have you checked the membranes on your pump? I don't know what pump you use, but sometimes the membranes need to be replaced. I had this situation before where I thought my supply dropped when pumping (I was still getting some milk), but it turned out when I replaced the membranes, my supply went right back up.

I have the Medela Pump In Style. When you say membranes - do you mean the little white flappy things?! Very technical term lol! Let me know!

Re: Breastfeeding Help
The membranes are the little white flappy things on Medela. It may be worth popping some new ones in there.
I also found as my baby got older and my supply probably adjusted down accordingly, pumping became more of an all hands on deck situation. I needed to use hand massage on my breasts the whole time I was pumping to, quite literally, milk me for all I was worth. It made a big difference in my output if I didn't use my hands at all. I typically only had 10-15 minutes of active pumping time during work and without massage I would probably have only gotten 2oz total but I needed to pump 3-4 to keep up with the bottles. I would also massage the milk down before putting the pump on my breasts. I forget the source (something Stanford Univ maybe?) where I found videos and tutorials to show how to effectively massage and pump and it was really helpful. Basically, you're massaging the milk foward. Gently but firmly pushing your hand from the far reaches of breast tissue toward your nipple.
